
The challenge
In an organisation fresh from a complex merger, performance management was no longer correlated with financial performance. The result was a level of social loafing and free riding that was undermining performance.
The leadership knew they needed to act fast to get all managers to give robust performance assessments based on outputs.
The solution
A series of workouts delivered both face-to-face and virtually to over 1,000 participants across 11 countries. Managers received tailored performance management workouts and a bespoke session focussed on inter-rating. All individuals were offered training to help them deal with change.

The result
Participants took away relevant skills that made a significant improvement in their performance. A lean ROI of 562% was calculated for the organisation.
