
Challenge
The leadership team at an international outsourcing and technology company asked whether they had the management capability to deliver their vision. The answer was no. They needed consistent and more dynamic leadership across the UK and in India in order to transform their performance.
Solution
All managers were rated on their ability as part of a company wide assessment. This highlighted four priority needs:
- Personal power & influencing.
- Creating and leading outstanding teams.
- Achieving commercial value.
- Leading change.
A series of 90-minute sessions were linked to the priorities and rolled out over the following months.

Results
Over 800 people attended the programme. In India, 98% of participants said they could apply the skills learnt directly to their job and in the UK 95% of participants said they would recommend the workouts to others.
