Challenge

The leaders of the operations and information technology department of a global investment bank knew that they could achieve far more (and cope with the demand from the front office far better) if they built a culture of innovation.

The challenge was how to get the whole back office thinking outside the box and then having the wherewithal to turn their best ideas into action that delivers a commercial return.

Solution

In phase I, a series of 218 creativity workouts were delivered to over 1,800 participants across 12 countries. These sessions were based on current proclivity to thinking creatively:
