The Academy equips your specialist trainers to become qualified Mind Gym coaches, so they can run limitless workouts for all your colleagues.

Invest in an Academy and you’ll get:

  • The Mind Gym workouts, sprints and other activities delivered with a local twist, around the world, at a fraction of the cost.
  • A stellar team of in-house trainers whose delivery has improved in everything they do.
  • An externally recognised qualification.
  • A boost to the facilitation skills and knowledge of everyone who takes part, even those who don’t qualify.
  • Continuous professional development for the L&D team (who often get the least learning).

So how does it work?

The accreditation and continuous professional development journey will vary depending on what you want. But whatever path you choose, it is likely to include some or all of the following:

  • A taster breakfast and a chance to try out delivering some of the content.
  • A mini interview to assess your suitability.
  • Pre-reading, workout preparation and support before the Academy.
  • Interactive Training & Practice during the week.
  • Telephone support and performance coaching, post-Academy.
  • Internal Coaches Days.
  • Annual observations.

Since it’s launch in 2001, over 1,500 trainers have applied to take part in The Mind Gym Academy, including employees from Allianz, Thomson Reuters and Sainsbury’s.
