One team challenge

The One team challenge is designed to get everyone up, collaborating with others, and understanding a bit more about how they work in a team.

The session is highly energetic, fun and also slightly chaotic to reflect the challenges in a ‘real’ setting. Groups will experience a number of issues, which include typical ones like poor communication and team resilience, as well as less documented ones like the conflict of ‘your team’ versus the ‘one team’.

After a lively session, the debrief that follows allows each team member to reflect on their experiences within the session and in their usual work teams. Seeing teamship in extremis can quickly highlight the areas that we need to change and the areas of concern and leave all participants with clear ideas of how to transform and get more value from their working relationships.
