Deal with Mr Nasty
Handle hostility on the spot and get from Mr Nasty to Mr Nice.
We all know Mr (or Ms) Nasty. They’re the person who always manages to rile you. With their sarcastic put-downs, sly digs and condescending attitude, a conversation with them leaves you in a bad mood and wishing you’d said something cleverer, wittier or more insightful.
Getting angry or upset only makes us feel worse. By staying calm and dealing with the situation in a rational way, we can turn Mr Nasty into Mr Nice, or at least Mr Not So Bad after all.
This Live action lands participants in a confrontation with a disgruntled customer or colleague; it’s up to them to straighten it out.
