Release me

Over-committed, over-burdened and just over it? Delegate your way out.

If you’ve got too much on and there’s no-one you can trust (or persuade) to do it for you, then this is your session.  It could just as easily be titled ‘how to delegate and be loved for it’.

The dangers of delegating range from the shoddy handover to micro-managing for the fear that no-one else will do it as well as you can. Practise delegating in a way that eliminates them all.

This Live action uncovers the secret to finding and equipping the right person for the job so that they leap at the opportunity and get it done properly.

Example scenarios

You need to delegate a pet project to make time for more pressing goals, only no-one else cares about the project like you do or sees it as a priority. How can you hand it over in a way that ensures it’s not forgotten?

You’re under-resourced and the only person available to share the load is an inexperienced new graduate. How can you make sure the job gets done well, without having to micro manage?

A new team member is keen to get their teeth stuck into something creative. You need them to carry out all your admin. How can you leave them energised, not demotivated?
