Set great goals
Great goals take practice. Get training now.
Goals can have the greatest impact on performance. They can also destroy it. Identifying goals that stretch but don’t strain is just half the challenge; then there’s getting team members to agree.
While some individuals try to low-ball their objectives, others have aspirations so high they’re setting themselves up for a fall. To maximise performance we need the smarts to find the right goal and the tact to get the other person on board.
Practise putting it all together in this Live action.
Example scenarios
