Each module:
- Is highly participative and packed with practical tips that you can use immediately when you get back to the office.
- Comprises two streams to choose from, so you can focus on the areas that will make the most difference to you (using your personal diagnostic to help you decide which).
- Ends with a pledge, to take the lessons learnt and how you will put them into practice at the office. The next module then reinforces the previous module by reflecting, as a group, on the success of your pledge.
- Lasts just a half-day (8.45am – 1.00pm), perfect for time-stretched managers.
