Keep your relationships in tip-top working order
With strong working relationships, the impact of all the other talents is automatically multiplied. Without them, the results are greatly diluted. Even if you don’t consider yourself a ‘people person’, you can develop the techniques to help you engage with authenticity and aplomb.
By the end of the module you will have gained in confidence and skill to:
- Build a network of strong connections you can call on when you need to
- Remain objective and in control when your emotions might get the better of you
- Effectively deal with the common workplace tensions that arise when people from different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints come together
- Resolve a relationship challenge which is bothering you at the moment
