This workout is, we believe, the most time efficient, face-to-face Myers-Briggs (MBTI) debrief in the world. All participants will need to complete a questionnaire before coming to the workout, which will take about 20 minutes.
In 90 minutes you will have
- Understood what the Myers Briggs indicator is, and how it will be useful for you.
- Explored all the dimensions and understood what they mean.
- Identified your individual profile then compared this with what the questionnaire suggests.
- Considered what your profile means in the context of your relationships, work and social life.
