“I wish my life was more sorted”. It can be.

We all have internal conversations (ie, with ourselves) about our life and what we want to get out of it. But do they get us any closer to achieving our goals? As likely as not, the time we spend thinking about how to sort our life is time badly spent.

The good news is that we can change these internal conversations and so avoid the danger of wallowing in self-pity or feeling like the victim of unlucky circumstances. Instead, we can start to take constructive steps that will help us get what we want.

If you’d like to look back in a year’s time and be proud of what you have achieved, then this is an ideal opportunity to start planning the journey.
