"It was so useful and makes things that should be obvious, but aren't, much clearer."

When we’re playing to our strengths we work harder, achieve more and feel happier. Round pegs, round holes. But what shape is your peg?

In this workout you will discover what your strengths are and how to shape your work so you can make more use of them.

Step 1: Complete the online strengths assessment (designed in association with the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology).

Step 2: Come to the workout and discover, from 60 psychologically recognised capabilities, which are your realised strengths (things we’re good at, feel energised by, and use regularly), unrealised strengths (thing’s we’re good at, feel energised by, but don’t use very often), learned behaviours (things we’re good at, don’t feel energised by, and do use regularly) and weaknesses (things we’re not good at and also find very draining). And then find out how you can craft your job so that you’re playing to your strengths every day.

In 90 minutes you will have

  • Built your own personal strengths profile to keep (including realised strengths, unrealised strengths, learned behaviours and weaknesses).
  • Explored what your strengths mean in practice.
  • Identified how you can shape your work to make better use of your strengths.
