I want to relax. And I want to relax now. Yet the more I try to relax the more tense I become.

Most of the time it isn’t practical to book in for a massage or head off to a yoga retreat, and a big night out is just the kind of ‘dirty’ relaxation which, for all of its immediate appeal, we know will only make things worse (at least tomorrow).
