Procrastination is not only pervasive but it’s also pernicious – we lose sleep, time, and energy and achieve less as a result of putting things off. However, we often aren’t even aware that we are doing it and, even when we are, we don’t always do much to stop the rot.

This workout is packed with tools and techniques that help us spot when and why we are procrastinating and enable us to move from back foot to front foot, so we can get more done in less time and feel fantastic as a result.
