Developing resilience to the stresses and strains that life throws at us begins with being able to question the beliefs that propel us into unconstructive thinking – be it ‘everything always goes wrong for me’ or ‘it’s because I’m not good enough’.

With the right tools, we can start to develop a strategy for dealing with setbacks. Using these tools regularly helps to strengthen our natural resilience so that we can bounce through life.
