The Consumer Healthcare division of GSK identified three key elements that would sustain their leadership in the industry: operational excellence, innovation and customer management. To give these focus they ran a 2-day conference for all their product development teams.

A central part of boosting innovation was the Generating creative sparks workout which was run with each of the different product teams.
