Personal effectiveness

Give your employees what they want and your business what it needs

We choose how we think far more than we realise. To become more effective, we need both to recognise the range of options that are already available and know how to adopt the right ones for the situation we’re in.

The challenge is knowing what is ‘right’. We can build short cuts to this by (a) drawing on science, especially psychology; (b) being prescient enough to learn from our own experiences; (c) garnering insights from the examples of peers and colleagues.

The Mind Gym’s distributed approach to personal effectiveness uses all three of these so that people build their skills faster and keep them for longer; often for life.
