Working together
If you get stuck on a workout or want help with another project then there are always Coaches who are happy to give you ideas. You can pick and choose the workouts that fit neatly into the rest of your life and reject the rest (no offence taken, honest).
We will send you a full pack with all the materials and background information that you need to run the workout. We will happily answer any questions you have and pass on our experiences of running the workout with other clients.
Every qualified Coach has their own access to the Coaches portal on the web, which includes a forum board where Coaches swap ideas for preparing and delivering workouts, updates on the latest psychology, hot topics with our clients and as well as lots of other development tools. We also have new features in the pipeline including one touch invoicing to make your lives easier. At the moment we guarantee to pay you within 14 days of receiving your invoice.
Investing in you
Once you join our network each Coach participates in our Personal Development Programme where are dedicated Coaches Training & Development Manager navigates you on your journey. Our development programme includes regular observations from our coaches team, your peers, PDP sessions and regular 1-1s.

We provide our coaches with regular opportunities to come together and learn new skills, hear about industry trends and catch up on news from The Mind Gym and all the other coaches. Coaches Days occur at least four times per year in the UK and twice a year in the US & Asia Pacific. Regular global forums online as well as frequent updates on our coaches portal help to keep our coaches consistently informed and ahead of their game all year round.
Previous Coaches days have included detailed insights into Transactional Analysis from a published expert, voice and movement training, Improv Comedy and Myers Briggs qualification.
