How to wow at interview

Interviews can be as daunting as a first date (with the prospective mother-in-law). They can also bring on that staircase moment, when we walk away thinking 'Darn, I wish I'd said....'.

Here are 5 ways to calm the nerves and shine brightly.

  1. 01 Bring stories. We love stories. Even better if they tell us about you and what you've achieved.
  2. 02 If the role excites you, show us. If it doesn't, please look for one that does first.
  3. 03 We love people who have done a bit of research about The Mind Gym beforehand; knowing me, knowing you, is a good thing to do.
  4. 04 We want to see you at your best. If there is a particular structure or format that will work well for you, let's use it. Just tell us.
  5. 05 One of The Mind Gym's three core values is: every interaction is stimulating. We'll do our bit. Please do yours.
